What we collect

When you send the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the treatment you asked about and anything you wrote in the message box. If you use the free mock-up we also hold the photo you upload.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or mock-up, and arrange an appointment. Nothing else. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone outside the businesses that run this studio's booking and records system on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for up to two years after, so we can find your record if you come back. Client treatment records are kept for as long as Irish record keeping practice requires. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. The Instagram feed and the Google map are embedded from those services and they may set their own cookies when they load.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email scalpaestheticssmp@gmail.com or ring 083 388 7436 and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
